This website is owned and operated by Naseeha Foundation, also operating as Naseeha Institute (hereinafter and throughout this website referred to as "we", "us" and "our"). Our registered office and principal place of business is located at 164-G, Civic Commercial Area, Phase 1, DHA, Lahore, Pakistan.

We offer this website (naseeha.live), together with our related platforms (including courses.naseeha.live and donate.naseeha.live) and all information, tools, products and services available from them to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

5.Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify us, defend and hold us harmless, and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, trustees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, volunteers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

We reserve the right to decline or not process a registration, order or booking that you place on our website. This is usually for the following reasons:

• A course, program or event is full or no longer available.
• The relevant program or intake has closed or its schedule has changed.
• We are unable to deliver goods or services to your location.
• Any reason outside of our control.

6.Refund and Cancellation Policy

Courses and programs. Fees for our courses and programs are refundable if you withdraw before classes begin. Once the program has commenced, fees are non-refundable. To request a refund, please contact us using the details below before the program start date.

Events and intensives. Tickets and registrations for events, workshops and intensives are refundable in full if you cancel at least seven (7) days before the scheduled date. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Donations. Donations are non-refundable. However, if a genuine error has occurred (for example, a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount), please contact us promptly and we will review and, where appropriate, correct it.

Processing. Approved refunds will be processed using your original method of payment within a reasonable period. Any bank or payment-processor charges associated with a transaction may be deducted from the refunded amount. 7.Termination

We may immediately change or terminate your access to our products, services and this website, or any online membership(s), course enrolment(s) or account(s) with us, with or without notice, at any time, without liability to you, any other user or any third party. We reserve the right to terminate your access if, without limitation, you have: (1) provided us with false or misleading registration information; (2) interfered with other users or the administration of our services or websites; (3) upon a request by law enforcement or other governmental authorities; or (4) otherwise violated these Terms and Conditions.

8.Severability and Waiver

If any portion of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion will be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and if it can't be made enforceable, then it will be severed and the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect. If we fail to enforce any of these terms, it will not be considered a waiver. Any amendment to or waiver of these terms must be made in writing and signed by us.

9.Governing Law

Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and you agree that the courts of Lahore (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.
